Welcome back to the Where’s Lottie game! All week we’ve celebrated the release of Lottie’s Gift with a little trivia about New York City. (If you missed Clues 1-3, you can check my home page for them.) Here’s Clue #4. If you need an extra hint, or just some great music, you can listen to Manhattan Transfer’s “Birdland” here.
Four down. One to go!
You can buy your own copy of Lottie’s Gift at CrossRiverMedia.com, or on Amazon.com.

Congratulations, Jane! I feel Lottie would play you a blazing “Flight of the Bumblebee” to celebrate your launch, before warming up with the band at the Spotlight Club on 52nd Street.
Using the “Ryan’s Bar” sign from your picture, Wiki informed me that its location was 52nd Street.
Ooooh, stumper! Good one, Jane!
Not sure, 52th Street sounds good for New York.
1678 Broadway, just north of West 52nd Street in Manhattan.
52nd Street according to my copy of Lottie’s Gift!
52nd Street according to wikipedia
It is 52 ND street. The club was located at 56 West 52nd.
I think I need to clarify, for legal purposes. The Spotlight club was indeed at 56 West 52nd. The club in the book is purely fictional, a tiny dive called the “Stoplight Club” for the traffic light that hangs in one corner. It needed to sound authentic without being real. You have excellent research skills, though.
I think 52nd street?
If it is 52nd Street, what neighborhood is it in?
52nd Street is in Midtown, Lorie.
